We had a very good feeling that ServiceNow was the right system, and although it has been a major task to introduce it, it has been worth it.
Earlier, personal and telephone inquiries were a challenge for IT consultants to handle because it required a time and inconvenient manual typing of the consultant themselves. Today, the process has been redesigned and there is a self-service portal in the new service management system where users can log in and report errors to the IT department.
My estimate is that we have already saved about 3,000 hours across CPH’s workflows because so many activities have been digitized – from workflow planning to error reporting and course enrollments. That is something many of our coworkers enjoy.
